The difference is that the board I'm wanting has DVI+VGA+HDMI on board with a plug in card for Component. I saw that one but I'm currently building a DVR system so i'd like to move it from the living room to the bedroom when needed and that board has the hook ups i need. I realize i could buy a ATI Wonder card to do that, but i'm not wanting anymore pci(e) if need be.
