I'm having the same problem with the same card just a different game. I play Battlefield 2 and Battlefield 2142. This card won't even stay running if I load up Blackhawk Down which is a 2 year old game with much lower video demands. Interesting thought about the power supply, mines 300 watts which is their stated minimum. I'll watch your topic to see if anyone replies. Btw, if I put the OEM card back in(Nvidia 7500 ls) everything runs great. Nvidia tech support says "take it back to where you bought it" and CompUSA says "it's Nvidia's problem". Good luck!
